In Taiwan, the number of vehicles booming with the economic development, especially within Metropolitan Taipei area, puts a heavy burden on the traffic condition. To address such issue,the New Construction Office has initiated expressways construction projects since 1973, gradually expanded the scale of expressway network in Taipei city in order to alleviate the traffic problems
Huanhe North Rd

Construction of Section 1 and 2 of Huanhe North Rd (Chunghsiao West Rd to Dunhuang Rd) will be carried out from April 15 to August 31, 2009 section by section and zone by zone with lane adjustment.
Chunghsiao East Rd

Road improvement works of Section 4-6 of Chunghsiao East Rd will be carried out from March 26 to August 30, 2009 section by section and zone by zone.
